Aeroflow Mist Maker for Desktop Wind Tunnel

The AeroFlow Mist Maker is a custom DIY-crafted add-on designed specifically to bring your desktop wind tunnel to life. One of the most important parts of any wind tunnel is being able to see the airflow — and this unit makes that easy.

This part produces smooth, silky laminar mist that flows gently through your wind tunnel, allowing you to visualize airflow in real time. It uses an ultrasonic mist maker inside a water container — simply pour clean water just above the mist maker element, and it starts working automatically.

Using the Mist Maker:
Place the ultrasonic mist maker at the bottom of the water container. Fill the container so that the water level sits about half an inch above the top of the mist-making device—this is typically when it will begin splashing and producing visible mist. You may need to slightly adjust the water level up or down to achieve the best mist output. For optimal visibility of the airflow, we recommend using a well-lit environment with a dark backdrop to make the mist patterns stand out clearly.

Important Safety Notice:
Always disconnect the mist maker from power after use or when the water runs out. Never leave it on unattended or without water, as it can overheat and potentially cause damage. Use at your own risk—any misuse or overheating is not the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller.
